PCG deploys technical divers, ROV for M/V Trisha Kerstin 3 search, rescue ops
Technical divers and remotely operated vehicle (ROV) are now deployed for the search and rescue operations in the sunken M/V Trisha Kerstin 3 in Basilan, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said Wednesday.
