Rubio stressed importance of democracy, elections in Venezuela in meeting with G7 ministers –Canada
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke to the foreign ministers of the Group of Seven countries during a meeting on Tuesday about the importance of freeing Venezuelan political prisoners and putting in place the conditions for democracy and planning for elections, Canada’s Foreign Minister Anita Anand said in a statement.
