Torre ‘resigned’ from PNP after assuming MMDA post — NAPOLCOM
The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) on Friday said Police General Nicolas Torre III is considered resigned from the police service following his assumption as general manager of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA).
