
Some Tuguegarao City roads still not passable due to floods
Some roads in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan remain submerged after a week after rough weather dumped rains in the province. According to a report on “24 Oras Weekend,” some of the roads in Tuguegarao City resembled rivers and are still not passable due to floods.
