NAPOLCOM: Garma’s ex-husband facing admin charges over ‘ill-gotten wealth’
Police Colonel Roland Vilela is facing administrative charges for allegedly receiving money from his ex-wife, former Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office general manager Royina Garma, the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) said Tuesday.
