Storm surge likely in over 30 Visayas, Mindanao areas –PAGASA
State weather bureau PAGASA warned Monday of storm surges of more than three meters in height in parts of Visayas and Mindanao due to Severe Tropical Storm Tino (international name: Kalmaegi).
