BARMM education official wounded in Cotabato City shooting
An official of the Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education (MBHTE) in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) was injured after unidentified gunmen opened fire at his vehicle in Cotabato City on Thursday, November 27, 2025.
