Educator sues after being fired for conservative Facebook Posts
From USA Today:
A conservative organization has sued a Massachusetts public school district in federal court, alleging it violated an associate principal’s First Amendment rights by firing him over political Facebook posts made prior to his employment.
Judicial Watch filed the complaint against Barnstable Public Schools on behalf of John Bergonzi in U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts on Jan. 8 and publicly announced the legal action on Jan. 12.
